Duces is one of the teams within the Legio TriQbe, a community of men committed to helping each other grow through trust, accountability, challenge and connection.

"Duces" is Latin for "leaders." Not because we believe leadership is about titles or status, but because every man leads somewhere:

• At home.
• At work.
• In his relationships.
• In his decisions.
• In the direction of his life.

Our team is made up of men from different backgrounds, careers, and stages of life who come together each week to sharpen each other and build genuine brotherhood.
